"Farming is of vital importance,and it is the main cause of our country." The problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the most important problem faced by our country on the road of building our country into a modern socialist power.In addition to relying on attaching certain importance to "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in policy and finance,we'd select talented talents to go to the rural areas and take root in the grass-roots level,serving the rural areas.Hiring college-graduate village official is the major strategic initiatives made by the CPC Central Committee by taking into account the party and the country's long-term development.This really provides high-quality talent guarantee,consolidates the ruling foundation of the party,and creates a number of reserved talents,who have experienced in rural area,for the party and government.Moreover,it has great and long-term significance for opening up new ways for college students' employment,relieving the current severe employment pressure,optimizing the structure of rural cadres and improving the overall quality of rural cadresThis paper,with the development status of college-graduate village official as the theme,explores the current situation and problems of the local college-graduate village officials and the main problems faced by them with college-graduate village official group in Hongtong County of Linfen city as the main study object by the study methods of questionnaires,field visits,and case analysis.Moreover,countermeasure analysis was undergone to promote the sustainable development of the college-graduate village official Starting from the connotation of college-graduate village officials,this paper discusses the origin of college-graduate village officials and the evolution of relevant policies,explores the practical significance of the policy,and forms a win-win situation of being successful in talents training,easing employment pressure of college students and new rural construction.Secondly,starting from the general to the specific,the author knew the development status and analyzed the existing problems of Hongtong County college-graduate village official group from the aspects of work,life,psychology,management,and mobility etc.through the methods of questionnaire and field visits by the case study of Hongtong County in which the author once worked as a college-graduate village official in the research part of this paper.Thus,the existing common problems for college-graduate village officials were indirectly reflected.By analyzing the policies,regulations,management,training and mobility of college student village officials in Hongtong County,it aims to obtain the countermeasures that are conducive to the long-term development mechanism of college graduate village officials.The results obtained from being general to being specific is of practical significance.Common problems existing in the policy of college-graduate village official in our country can be reflected through the case of college-graduate village official group in Hongtong County,and targeted suggestions can be provided,enabling the actual implementation of college-graduate village officials and the realization of its due role.Moreover,it is able to provide reference for the long-term practice,sustainable development and follow-up improvement of college-graduate village officials.
