Research On The Framework Of Confidentiality Economics

ABSTRACT:Confidential work is always significant for our country and party. It is the basis on which our national security and interests can protect. Now, confidential work encounters new problems or difficulties and becomes more and more important so that we need to devote additional resources. However, there is no one studies confidential work from an economic point of view. Study how to make reasonably the confidential work organization, control and adjustment and make the secret resources reasonable configuration, in order to finally confidential work can achieve optimal security and economic benefits. Therefore, I believe that it is necessary and worth to study confidentiality economics and the formation of a special confidentiality economics theory and method system to guide confidential work. There are some limitations because of the restriction of subjective and objective condition. The essay is not to study confidentiality economics but the framework of confidentiality economics. It is the fixed-position of academic level.In this paper, we discussed the necessity of building the framework of confidentiality economics from the problem of confidential work, analysis the advantage of application economics in confidential work. We completed the construction of the framework of confidentiality economics according to the general framework of building approach.What’s more, we determined its basic composition. It contains four parts. These parts respectively are confidentiality economics concepts, theories, methods, applies. We expounded the content of confidentiality economics it should study. This paper has important significance for creating the field of confidentiality economics.
