Xinjiang is located in the northwest of China and the hinterland of the Eurasian continent.It is a multi-ethnic region with 13 main ethnic groups.For some time,violent terrorist forces,religious extremist thoughts and ethnic separatist forces have affected the harmony and stability of Xinjiang."Social stability and long-term stability" is the overall goal and main task of the work in Xinjiang.In the construction of sunshine government,transparent service government,to deal with the relationship between government information disclosure and confidentiality,at the same time,"government information disclosure regulations" is also promoting the government in the information disclosure of the upgrade and transformation,from most of the confidential,open according to the application,to the vast majority of active disclosure,confidentiality exception change.Under the current new situation,it is of great significance to make decisions in line with the reality of Xinjiang to ensure security and confidentiality,make government information public,and achieve the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.In this dissertation,through many aspects to explore the relationship between government information disclosure and confidentiality,in the context of the current situation of Xinjiang considerations a game between the two influence on economy and administration and so on various aspects,to perfect the government information disclosure confidential examination mechanism,using DEMATEL method modeling of confidential government information publicity related factors analysis,solve the government is hard to make a decision in the administrative issues.In view of the Xinjiang government information disclosure and secrecy under the new situation of study for some new Angle of view,in the protection of the interests of the state and commercial secrets,personal privacy and improve the transparency of government work,administration according to law,give full play to the government information to the people's production and life,social service function of economic activities,effectively promote the economic and social development and stability,the overall goal of the service work in Xinjiang.
