Study On Operation Mode Of Cyber Charity In China

The development of cyber society and the change of the mode of civil charity in cyber society raise a new and efficient way of charity——cyber charity, and it has played an increasingly important role in the development of charity in our country. But there are thousands of various types of charities active in the internet, so we are not clear how they work, what kind of resource the cyber charity could use, what kinds of person or organization are doing these activities and so do their effects. To solve these problems, this paper makes a deep and thorough research on the operation model of the cyber charity in China, so as to provide guidance for the future development of cyber charity in our country.First of all, this paper reviews the overseas and domestic research status of cyber charity, and on this basis summarizing different kinds of views about cyber charity. At the same time, this paper use theoretical analysis method to dissect the formation mechanism of cyber charity in our country. On the basis of different features the sponsors of cyber charity, three operation models of cyber charity can be concluded:"netizen-spontaneous donating type","enterprise-advocating type", and "charity organization-leading type".Secondly, this paper dissect the operation mechanism of three kinds of cyber charity model deeply. Specially, this paper dissect the dynamic mechanism, financing mechanism, donation management mechanism, supervision mechanism and trust mechanism which could maintain the operation of each model. Finally, we point out the common problems and solutions of each mode in service.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis and research, three operation models of cyber charity are compared and summarized by comparative analysis, including the summary of the characteristics of the shallow level of model of cyber charity and the summary of the characteristics of the deep level of operation mechanism of cyber charity. On the basis of concluding, we construct three patterns of long-term development model of cyber charity by establishing "institution trust mechanism","incentive mechanism", and promoting "the development of citizen society".In this paper, we make a deep and detailed research on the operation model of cyber charity in our country and hope the research can play a guiding role in standardizing the behavior of cyber charity in the future. Thus all kinds of cyber charity can sit in the right seat, cyber charitable activities can go on smoothly, and the cyber charity can benefit more difficult groups.
