Thinking On Construction Of Study-oritented Party In Conditions Of Informationalization

Information tidal wave, sweeping the whole world, brings many changes tohuman’s life style. Meanwhile, great change is also brought to Party’s rulingenvironment. Facing new changes of world and new development of situation,whether Chinese Communist Party can seize opportunity with the times has become anew topic with time significance.“Construction of study-oriented party”, thescientific assertion, emerges at the right moment. Construction of study-oriented partyis beneficial to improve Party’s ruling ability and keep Party’s advancement, whichalso points out the direction for Party’s construction in new times. It also has aprofound significance for construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Thatwe earnestly comb and further study the construction of study-oriented party incondition of informationalization is more helpful to grasp law of development ininformation-based society, and then research and practice of construction ofstudy-oriented party can expand.This thesis is divided into four parts. Chapter one is introduction, which mainlygives background and significance of thesis selection and states key points,difficulties, and innovation. Chapter two mainly discusses connotation andsignificance of construction of study-oriented party in information age. Chapter threedeeply analyzes the influence of informatization for construction of study-orientedparty. This chapter also explains that informatization brings opportunity in technology,ideology, and democratic environment and challenge in crisis of faith, informationliteracy requirements, and competency requirements to construction of study-orientedparty. Based on research and analysis, chapter four makes an exploration in specificpath of construction of study-oriented party under the conditions of information.Aiming at opportunity and challenge from informatization to construction ofstudy-oriented party, this chapter puts forward specific practical countermeasures andsuggestions in the following four aspects: strengthening ideological construction,innovating learning style, building study-oriented party, and completing relatedsystem.
