On County Level Government Image Design

The county is combination of micro and macro value and connection from the low to the up. County level government is an important platform of our national government system. Under the temporary situation, whether a county level government presents a sound image is directly related to the firm foundation project of safe guarding the company and prospering the state, to the smooth achievement of well off society, to the close relationship between leaders and general public. In China which has more than 2000 counties, the design of county level government is a theoretical subject worth being guided by practices.This article, based on the analysis of county level government image design, addresses some problems concerning the subject and searches for the concrete and effective models. Basing on the practical situation of Changshu, Jiangsu province, the article describes different features of spreading county level government image, effect caused by some emergency events and basic skills of dealing with those events. Also, it tries to rationally define the evaluation of county level government image to establish a model that is conducive to the county level government image design.
