With the process of my country's industrialization and modernization,the manufacturing industry occupies an increasingly important position among the main components of my country's national economy,strengthening the irreplaceable position of the manufacturing industry in the national economy.However,while chemical companies increase the degree of factory automation to promote the high-speed and high-quality development of the national economy,there are also various risks.Therefore,increasing the emphasis on accident safety management and control of chemical enterprises is conducive to promoting the healthy development of the chemical industry.This paper defines safety management performance as the strategic goal surrounding the development of the enterprise under the guidance of the HSE concept,reflecting the comprehensive performance of production safety,employee health and consumer safety.Only by improving the level of safety management performance and increasing the investment in safety management of chemical companies can the level of corporate management performance system and the level of corporate comprehensive performance system be improved.This paper introduces the idea of balanced scorecard to diverge the four evaluation dimensions of business management by the balanced scorecard to break away from the original judgment rule that the financial indicators of corporate performance evaluation have the absolute right to speak.Based on the characteristics of chemical companies,the paper proposes A safety management performance evaluation system is established in the daily management of the enterprise,and through a large number of relevant literatures,ten first-level indicators and thirty-seven second-level indicators of the safety management performance evaluation system suitable for this study have been obtained.After the establishment of the indicator system,this paper Through the questionnaire survey,data on the relative importance of various indicators for evaluating enterprise safety management are collected and the obtained data are brought into this paper to select the AHP-fuzzy mathematical model for correlation analysis and calculation of indicator weights.Finally,according to the calculated index score results,the case chemical company is evaluated on the safety management performance system,and the problems of the case chemical company found in the conclusion after the model calculation are pointed out and solutions are proposed.
