Research Ethics Purpose Of Environmental Legislation

With the blind development of the local economy, leading to increasingly serious environmental problems in China, to use legal means to protect the environment has been generally accepted. But the reality is that China’s environmental problems has not been significantly improved. Analyze the root cause of environmental legislation on ethical considerations in missing.There are four parts of the ethics of environmental legislation explored in this paper. First, the status quo of China’s current environmental problems and problem-solving various means described, pointed out that the fundamental means to solve environmental problems of environmental legislation; Then, through the introduction of the world’s environment legislative model, from which to tease out China’s environmental legislation problems-lack of environmental legislation ethical; then discuss the ethical purpose of environment legislation should pursue; Finally, the interpretation of environmental legislation should ethical philosophy.
