Research On The Governance Of The Problems Of Chinese Urban Cars’ Pollution Under The Environmental Ethics Horizon

In recent years, the word of PM2.5even more frequently appears in our lives, with theincreasing demands on the quality of life and the environment, the appearance of PM2.5breaks people’s original concept of life and makes people begin to fear and scare, and one ofmain causes of this phenomenon is city car. In today’s world, the problems such asresource exhaustion, environmental pollution, etc. like the sword of Damocles hanging overpeople’s heads, which makes people have to wake up and reflect on rationality of the mode ofproduction and the way of life which is “shaped” by industrial civilization, and reviewone-sidedness and narrow-mindedness of the material and instrumental survival idea, therebydevelop the concept of ecological civilization which is opposed to industrial civilization,trying to change the way of human survival and life radically.This thesis takes environmental ethics as a breakthrough point, unscramblesRalston’s environmental ethics thought, and takes it as a theoretical basis of city car for futuredevelopment. Due to the rapid development of Chinese urban auto industry, problems arehighlighted such as tail gas pollution, noise pollution, which causes serious environmentalpollution and over-consumption of energy, so if left unchecked, social civilization will not beexited. So from the perspective of environmental protection, this thesis sorts out three specificcauses of urban auto pollution, including such a large number of city cars, the lack of coretechnology and unreasonableness of urban traffic planning through the analysis the situationand reason of urban auto pollution. According to these three reasons, formulate relevantgoverning policies specifically and implement gradually and simultaneously so that achievethe purpose of governing of urban auto pollution ultimately. This thesis also references somesuccessful foreign experience, and adopts what is adapted to our country. All in all, it’sextremely urgent to govern urban auto pollution, thus we must be cautious in order to achievesustainable development of economy, society and environment.
