The traditional polymer melt of screw injection molding machine is mainly depends on the screw shear drag flow field, the flow field has a large thermal mechanical course length, low energy utilization and so on, so it is difficult to improve the defects. QuJinPing,the academician from South China university of technology developed a new polymer plasticizing conveying method and devices that based on extensional rheology, this method is completely changed the traditional principle of screw machining, effectively overcomes the defects of screw machining.Vane injection machine is a new type of machine based on blades plasticizing transport method, it is still in the stage of research and development, so this paper tries to analysis its plasticizing mechanism and tensile flow characteristics of blades plasticizing unit and important components related from the perspective of polymer processing rheology,based on this I compared the plasticizing capacity between blade and screw, then introduced the vibration force field to the stretching flow field of blade unit, analyzed the influence of different vibration parameters. And analysised the characteristics of blade unit’s movement through dynamics software simulation, the characteristics of movement on the basis of the design of vane injection machine, finally designed vane injection machine based on the reasearch.These work was mainly done in software POLYFLOW and dynamics analysis software ADAMS, and have achieved some results, these simulation experiments were done in the molten state of polymer in plasticizing components section, the experimental results show that the blade barrier mixing unit of injection molding machine can produce very strong stretching flow field, in particular location there are eddies exist, its eccentricity exist optimum value to attain the best plasticizing performance; there is more very strong stretching flow region in the blade plasticizing unit, there is melt flow phenomenon on the top of blade,it is conducive to the growth of the residence time of polymer and improve plasticizing effect,Blade unit of plasticizing properties in the same processing conditions is greatly stronger than screw element in theory, the experimental results agree with other people; The plasticizing performance of the blade unit will be improved under the action of certain parameters of the vibration force field, Vibration parameters exist optimum values to improve the plasticizing performance; The blade plasticizing unit dynamic experiments show that the law of the single blade with non-loaded,there is small amplitude periodic vibration in the movement of a single blade, and the movement and stress of blade in the process of polymer processingremains to be further research.
