China is a big country of tungsten resources, vein tungsten resources are abundant. In recentyears, the phenomenon that "mining the poor but to abandon the rich, mining easy but to abandondifficult" is not banned repeatedly,which has caused the wolframite resources depleting in China,the poor, fine, complex refractory tungsten resources accounted for the proportion increasely. Inaddition, China has consistently used the traditional tungsten dressing technology, which onlysolves the problem of the recovery of main minerals, but adapt the recovery of associated groupbadly, they all result in that the level of the comprehensive recovery of tungsten resourcesutilization in China is relatively low, the associated waste of resources is very serious.Therefore, in order to improve the comprehensive recovery of tungsten resources utilizationstatus, this paper focuses on "how to improve the comprehensive recovery of tungsten resourcestechnology in China, in order to give full play to the comprehensive utilization of the tungstenresources value" as the fundamental starting point, based on the technical economics, study toevaluate a set of technology and economy system on comprehensive recovery of tungstenresources process.The system provide a strong basis for selection or optimization ofcomprehensive recovery of tungsten resources of our country technology.This paper mainly studyas follows:1)Analyze the main influencing factors of comprehensive recovery of tungstenresources process in China from the two aspects of technology and economy;2)Study toestablish the technical and economic assessment model of comprehensive recovery of tungstenresources process in China;3)Prove the effectiveness of the models established. Finally, theresults of the study show that:1)main technical factors that affect the comprehensive recovery oftungsten resources process in China are enrichment degree, grinding granularity, process,flotation reagent system of mineral processing technology, operation management andenvironmental pollution, and the main influence factors of economic are mining dilution rate,combination of mineral product, the cost of grinding and the cost of environmental governance;2)the comprehensive recovery of tungsten resources technology is advanced and high efficiencyor not, first, analysis collaborately through the selection of comprehensive utilization and miningprofitability, which of the combination can provide strong basis for the process selection andoptimization;second,in determining the selection of process scheme, evaluate comprehensiveutilization degree of the tungsten ore. Mining and comprehensive utilization degree emphasize onmain, mutual, associated component converse into concentrate products.Its mathematical expression is: Profitability of mining can be reflected by the annual profit,its mathematical expression is: Tungsten ore comprehensive utilization degree is described in the degree of tungsten ore into the final concentrate products and used as filling material, building materials and so on.Its expression of evaluation model is:3) The example verifies:to analysis and compare comprehensive recovery and utilization of mining, mining profitability collaborative, can be fully demonstrated the comprehensive recovery of tungsten resources optimization of process planning and whether to possess the technical and economic rationality, and the degree of comprehensive utilization of tungsten ore of tungsten mines can reflect the level of comprehensive utilization of the overall.three of them constitute a complete evaluation system of comprehensive recovery of tungsten resources process to select or optimize...
