The valuable mineral in the tailing of copper mine is mainly white tungsten minerals,non-metallic mineral garnet-bearing minerals and sulfuration minerals.Based on large quantities of documents,compared the existing technology,and analyzed on the qualities of the ore, the gravity -magnetic-gravity flotation process is determined.Gravity-magnetic-gravity flotation is used to enrich tungsten ore,and dump a lot of tailings. Magnetic is used to concentrate garnet-bearing ore and gain priority products.Then the tungsten ore which is concentrate fistly reconcentrate further. The sulfur concentrate is sepatated firstly, and then"once roughing,twice cleaning and twice scavenging"technological process is utilized to recover concentrate Tungsten ore. After the contrasting experiments between adding sodium carbonate and lime flotation,lime is determined to recover the ultimate tungsten ore.Laboratory test results are as follows : productivity of WO3 concentrate is 0.029%, the grade of WO3 is 61.53%,the recovery rate of WO3 is 21.92%; productivity of sulfur concentrate is 1.61%, the grade of S is 46.88%,the recovery rate of S is 23.22%; productivity of garnet-bearing concentrate is 3.17%.Economic estimates show that the use of this technology, gained approximately 37.4259 million yuan annual available profits in tungsten concentrate, approximately 15.0639 million yuan annual available profits in garnet-bearing concentrate, approximately 7.6507 million yuan annual available profits in sulfur concentrate.The economic benefit is remarkable.This paper also discussed the mechanisms between white tungsten ore and CaO.
