With the speeding up of urbanization process and the vigorous development of thetertiary industry,the quantity and the size of the catering services are growing faster andfaster.The quantity of sewage disposal, the composition and the governance of cateringwastewater are more and more serious. At the same time, due to the shortage of freshwater resources, the increasingly contradiction between supply and demand of waterresources are serious too.The shortage of water resources requires us to do the depthprocessing of sewage.Facing wide distribution, emission and changeful quality ofcatering sewage, we must look for empirical mode according to the practical situation ofwastewater treatment.Therefore developed in line with the current development state ofrestaurant wastewater treatment mode is urgent to adapt to its own operation.Currently,the study of SBBR craft are mainly concentrated in the handling of toxicand refractory organic wastewater, and the research are about runningmechanism.Domestic study of SBBR craft are mainly concentrated on its treatmenteffect of industrial waste water, and more people are actively research the process ofurban sewage treatment effect. In this experiment, the student canteen wastewater ofsouthern district of Chongqing Technology and Business university was as the researchobject.In view of the existing SBBR treatment process, we put forward to improve theway of aeration SBBR process improvement and optimization of operation mode(Muti-Dimensional Aeration—SBBR,and it is called MDA—SBBR), and we try toapply this improvement to high organic content, high oil, high nitrogen and phosphoruscatering wastewater.For sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) process for treatmentof catering wastewater,biofilm,filling ratio,gas water ratio, operation cycle and stableoperation process were studied.we Focused on the different operation cycle oftraditional way of SBBR craft and improve the aeration of SBBR craft at stable stageabout CODcr, NH3-N,TP,and Animal fats removal effect. In order to realize sewagerecycling use,we must make the quality of sewage up t0the Urban sewage treatmentplant pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002) in the level1B standard.Accordingto the studying,we get the following conclusions:(1)Through the experiment,we determine the best filling ratio of14.70%.when the reactor had the best filling ratio,the removal rate of CODcr reached85%, NH3-Nreached84%.(2) After the Improvement of aeration mode, not only can reduce the energyconsumption,but also the stability was stronger and the effluent values were morestable.When two reactors were in the condition of optimum gas ratio,the removal rate ofthe aeration way of SBBR reactor B (MDA—SBBR)improved more than traditionalSBBR reactor with its removal rate of CODcr was up to90%, NH3-N was80%, TPwas85%, andAnimal fats was60%.(3)Making uniform design test,we finally determined the best running time of thereaction device as anaerobic reaction period of2h, aerobic aeration period of3h, afterhypoxia reaction period of2h.Through the equation fitting regression analysis, wefound after anoxic period of the impact on the total removal rate is significant, whichmatches the wastewater, especially for the TP and NH3-N.(4)After the reaction cycle, two reactors get into the stable operation.In stableoperation of15cycle, the improvement reactor played a good role in the sewageprocessing with its removal rate of CODcr are more than90%, most of the time at95%,NH3-N more than85%, TP more than80%,and Animal fats more than60%.(5)In a complete processing cycle, CODcr, NH3-N, TP, and Animal fats had thephenomenon of early adsorption.And the author thought that the phenomena associatedwith raw sewage concentration, and the higher the concentration, the longer adsorptionin the early years will take.
