In a world like the United States, the European Union, Japan and other developedcountries have established a relatively perfect management mechanism, but when the publicto realize the importance of food safety, and no corresponding behavior, the security problemof food packaging become empty talk.This article, the existing, common food packaging materials as the research object, usingadditives, additives and other material from the material of toxicological mechanism as theresearch, in reference to the laws and regulations and practice experience of developedcountries at the same time, the study of our country existing food packaging safety regulations,the lack of laws and regulations in China are put forward to, and are now facing securityproblems, and food packaging safety management system, put forward the problem analysis.This paper starting from the related definition of food packaging materials, introduced thekinds of food packaging materials, at the same time in the list of food packaging materials,according to the material itself has material and additives in the production process, additivessuch as material, the toxicology analysis, this paper packaging material may contain, andpotential pollution mechanism. Introduced in the domestic and foreign laws and regulations,management system at the same time, according to the domestic current situation, to establisha domestic food packaging risk assessment, we will improve the mechanism of foodpackaging safety management system, in reference to the advanced experience and practicesof developed countries, on the basis of finding the lack of food packaging safety managementmechanism in our country, set up the mechanism of recalls of food packaging, and perfect theresponsibility system of food packaging.I hope this article can play a role of reference in food packaging safety management system,prompt the government to attach great importance to food packaging security risk, tosafeguard people’s health, to achieve a harmonious society as soon as possible.
