| RC shear wall have been widely used in engineering construction and theengineering and technical personnel and researchers pay seriously attention to itsnonlinear behavior. On the other side, fiber model is used to simulate the axial andbending coupling effect and has a good simulation effect in nonliear analysis. Basedon the fiber model many researchers consider to simulate the nonlinear shear effectand the new fiber model is introduced to simulate nonlinear analysis of shear wall.This paper try to do some beneficial attempt in this way, and at last the numericalsimulation results.This paper assumes that section shear strain is also according to paraboladistribution and the shear is not coupling with axial and bending. Two methods ofdividing section shear fiber in cross section: a method is only from the longitudinalsplit,because the shear strain distribution of hypothesis has nothing to do with thelongitudinal coordinate. Another method is split in two direction and the shear fiberis corresponding to the axial fiber. The shear fiber in these two methods get value ofits stiffness from the independent shear hysteretic rules under complex loading pathand the section shear force obtains by all shear fiber cross section on the recovery.The simulation method of the axial and bending effect comes from the traditionalfiber model. The stiffness matrix of axial and shear effect is easy to get in the sectionand then establish the element stiffness based on the principle of virtualdisplacement and the type function of internal force. The element into the nonlinearphase under load will produce residual deformation and in order to get the accurateelement displacement, two iteratve process is used to eliminate the residualdeformation.According to the model, write the corresponding FORTRAN languageprogram to do numerical simulation and compare the results to the shear wallexperimental results of laboratory to verify the validity of the proposed model.According to the literature which introduced a improvement fiber model only oneshear fiber in the section, write corresponding program to do shear wall nonlinear analysis. Then compare the simulation results to the results of the two simulationmetheods are presented in the paper and verify the superiority of the proposedmodel.After the validity of the model is proved, selected a model to analysis thenonlinear performance of a shear wall. And a change in the aspect change of shearwall ratio, axial compression ratio, reinforcement ratio and concrete strength to studythe nonlinear analysis of the shear wall. |
