Research BOF Based Miniature Spectrometer

Compared with the traditional BOF steelmaking end-point control method, the new method to predict end-point of BOF has following advantages, reduce or even avoid unnecessary reblowing operation, greatly improve the quality of steel, shorten smelting time, reduce cost and labor of workers, improve the working environment. The spectrometer which existed mainly be used in laboratory experiments, but could not be satisfied for BOF steelmaking. Aiming at the new BOF steelmaking method, paper reearch and design a micro spectrometer which will be suitble to the new method.The paper complete the following wor.
