With the sustainable development of urbanization, great changes have taken place in urban morphology and spatial structure. Urban problems constantly appear along with urban prosperity. Urban transport problems have become a common malady and seriously restrict urban sustainable development.Rapid growth of urban private cars urges us to rethink urban transport problems. For many sedan car users, they chose to drive their own cars although they have to endure high block-up, difficult parking and high costs problems. While for some public transport users, they have to walk a long way in order to catch public transport. The key breakthrough is how to make sedan car users choose public transport and how to make transit trip more convenient. So it is of great significance to introduce accessibility theory into B&R behavior selection in order to identify passengers’ trip mode choice. This paper integrates the national Natural Science Foundation "Bicycle tranfer choice behavior mechanism and B&R facility optimization techniques"(No.51068013) to analyze B&R travel behavior from the perspective of accessibility based on travel chain, providing theoretical basis for urban cityfutureplanning.First, theoretical analysis is used to explain the formation mechanism of B&R model from the perspective of accessibility. Traffic pattern accessibility analysis result of macro-medium-micro lay indicates that the mode of high autonomy bicycle combined with limited accessibility public transport is one of the most important travel modesin the development of future city.second, trip chain is tormed trom the accomplishmentof a passenger choosing means of transportation through one trip. All the elements contained in travel section affecting B&R choice are analyzed based on trip chain as information carrier. Accessibility as the core, individual perceived economic value and time value are introduced into the model. Travel time and economic cost are chosen to analysis generalized comprehensive cost.Third, in order to fully master B&R travel behavior and provide data support for B&R model study,cross-over analysis of community attributes, individual attributes, travel attributes and trip chain attributes are carried out to find out the inner relationship between them with B&R based on passenger travel survey data of Kunming citizens travelling from main city to deputy city. The result indicates that different occupations, income levels and trip purposes are the most significant difference in choosing B&R. Transfer infrastructure affects B&R selection mostly, followed by access time consumption and time during traveling. Different passengers show different focus on B,&, R service characteristics. Finally, multinomial Logit model is used to calibrate gender, occupation, income level, private cars and their usage frequency, station accessibility, trip selection and their cost, time of travelling as the most notable variables affecting B&R selection based on correlation analysis between various attributes and B&R. MNL-B&R selection model is constructed to analyze passengers’ choice behavior.
