In this paper, we study in parallel control of the lift as the prototype, put forward a virtual elevator the soft PLC virtual experiment system. The basic idea is using VC++to build virtual object elevator model, and applies the Twincat soft PLC as the controller of the whole system, so as to build a can provide elevators in parallel control research of the virtual experiment platform; Based on the results of this paper research and design, users can be formed in the study of virtual elevator system, simulation of elevator running process; In reality is not consumption resources, the user can be flexible, convenient and accurate in depth study and master the effect of the proposed algorithm control. The system can provide users result with the form is more vivid, intuitive, and content is more detailed experimental environment. The main research content includes:1-. The study of controlled object, first of all, analysis of the composition of the controlled object, and then through the c++class implements the key part, finally by MFC platform to integrate the parts then soft realization of elevator model;2、 Controller selection and implementation of communication between controller and model, in order to achieve the whole simulation experiment platform of soft, how to choose the controller, how to implement the communication between the controller and model;3、 Implements a elevator control algorithm and run in this platform, make a test to prove the usefulness of this simulation system. Through this system everyone can test their algorithm.This paper the main features are:based on PC and soft PLC has set up a full software environment for the simulation, using object-oriented analysis and design method realize the soft elevator model; Based on Visual C++platform, develop a software for elevator virtual model. The connection between the soft PLC controller and virtual elevator model based on ADS communication, then realize the joint operation model and controller, realize the whole virtual simulation platform of elevator control algorithm. Important feature for the elevator operation and control is the whole virtual of the simulation experiment platform.
