Management Of Water Conservancy Project Construction In Yunnan Province

Since the founding of new China, Yunnan provincial government attaches greatimportance to water conservancy construction, built a large number of various typesof water conservancy infrastructure, however, engineering water shortage is still thesustainable development of Yunnan Province, restricting factors. Since2010, Yunnanprovince suffered from severe drought, Yunnan province water conservancy facilitiesmore and more weak problem, accelerate the construction of water conservancyproject, improve water conservancy infrastructure is still the main task of waterconservancy construction in Yunnan province. How to do a good job of waterconservancy construction project management, to ensure the project quality, scheduleand safety of capital is a problem facing water resources development in Yunnanprovince. This paper mainly to water conservancy project construction as the researchobject, the feasibility of project management methods from the perspective of projectmanagement, public goods, the theory of contract theory demonstration engineeringwater conservancy and related problems. This paper describes the developmentprocess of the management system of China’s water conservancy construction project,analyzes the present situation of Yunnan province water conservancy projectconstruction management, causes of the current existing in water conservancyconstruction project management problems and their causes are analyzed in detail,mainly put forward the reform ideas and suggestions from the aspects of waterconservancy construction project management water conservancy project constructionsystem, management mode, construction insurance system etc.
