| Nowadays, electricity has become an indispensable resource for the people, so transmission line is of crucial importance to the safety and stability of power system. However, due to their own cross-regional and long distance, electric power line extremely affected by all kinds of natural disasters and man-made factors; a large amount of data concerned with the management of electric power line, and the data relation is complex, phyletic and various. They had both attribute data of towers, and all kinds of maps and related reports, and made maintenance and management work huge and difficult. Therefore, it is urgent for us to meet the needs of decision-making department, management department and the construction unit by adopting scientific methods and high-tech to manage power lines.But at this stage, the majority of power lines management information systems in China is based on two-dimensional, is to display the terrain and surface features in a hierarchical form, to characterize the various practical objects in layer using symbols like point, line, surface. This two-dimensional system can not meet the needs of deeper application. The application of3D visualization technology in the management of transmission line is the current development direction of electric power information.Firstly, With a in-depth research for the application requirements of electric power line three-dimensional visualization management, this paper defined the main functions of the system; then the author analysed the related key technologies in system which according to the characteristics of three-dimensional visualization of electric power line, and deeply studied the three-dimensional visual applied technology of electric power circuit on Google Earth. Finally, according to a large number of data analysis and practical research, we put forward the method realize the three-dimensional visualization of electric power line with Google Earth software and developed the transmission line management system based on Google Earth software.The system uses B/S three layer structure, C#language and ASP technology in the.NET platform, SQL Server2000as backstage database, realized the function of line account management, tower account management. transmission line tower three-dimensional visualization, automatic inspection, important data input and output.Through practical application in jiangmen region, the result shows that the system can not only can effectively manage the electricity of the power supply department information, but has features of simple calculation, high space positioning accuracy, effect reality in3d visual display of the transmission line. A lot of practice shows that the method described in this article can meet the requirements of most practical application. |
