In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, market’s needs and quality requirements for metal packaging products is increasing. Domestic enterprises develop related technologies to improve the quality of printed iron production line efficiency and metal printed products. As a important part of printing iron line, the drying room determine the production efficiency and product quality. Therefore, the study of The drying room is very improvement for the development of metal packaging industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, Analysis working principle of the feeding mechanism, then design a new kind of feeding mechanism, solves the impact and pinpoint problems caused by high-feeding device. Then explore the problem of temperature uniformity about the drying room from physical structure and process parameters. Simulate the temperature about chamber by Fluent software, In structural terms, mainly for airflow inlet of the wind deflector and air circulation export three studies analyzed the impact of temperature uniformity. First, consider the temperature distribution uniformity is affected by the number, and the shape of airflow inlet. Second, Design of a new structure of airflow deflector, and optimize the position of deflector. Set up several experiments to find the most beneficial air distribution baffle position. Finally, consider the shape of the airflow outlet influence on the temperature uniformity.Then study the influence of flow’s speed and temperature on the temperature field distribution, researched for the influence trend, and determine the most uniform temperature parameter value.This paper is based on actual production, on the one hand it can improve the work efficiency and product quality, while on the other hand can save material and rational. Therefore has great practical value.
