M Power Company 110kV Substation Digital Transformation Project Design And Implementation

In the past twenty years, the rapid development of network communication, computer automation and control protection technology, has laid a solid technical foundation for the substation automation system to digitize and network. On the other hand, with the grid of large-scale, high voltage and high-capacity evolving, the requirements for the grid of reliability, security, and other aspects are more urgent and of higher-level. Future development of the substation will gradually adopt digital substation technology. The emergence of digital substation is an important milestone for the substation automation development. A series of digital substation construction projects have been actively carried out home and abroad, which has made great achievements.Some old stations, which have run more than10years also need technical reformation. How to reform the traditional substation into the digital substation is one of the prominent problems in the future.In view of the above problems, the first part of this article makes the research and analysis of the object,and the second part discusses the theory of project management, power engineering project management theory, digital transformation substation project management analysis of the status of its problems are described in the second part; the third part studies on the system concept, structure characteristics and technical features of the substation system, analyses the working principle of the new technology of IEC61850, GOOSE net, net communication; the fourth part puts forward the design scheme of digital substation reconstruction project according to Chengnan Substation, mainly based on digital substation structure characteristics, from the four aspects of the way of griding, the station control layer, layer and process layer, the article gives the digital solution to each part; the fifth part of this article based on the project management methods, and combined with the project management theory and methods of analysis in the digital transformation substation actual project implementation reasonable arrangements for how to progress, quality and cost objectives of the specific tasks and how to improve resource utilization, thus developed the management practices and control measures of cost, quality and schedule in the digital transformation substation project; the final part of this article summarizes the arguments for review, and the future development of digital substation were discussed.
