| In recent years,with the rapid economic growth and continuous optimization of the industrial structure of Wendeng District,the city type has gradually changed from industrial city to service livable city.In the long run,the power load of Zhangjiachang Town in Wendeng District has increased sharply,and the existing power grid system can no longer afford it.The overall transformation project of 35 kV Zhangjia Substation is promoted under this construction background.On the basis of mastering the relevant theories of project risk management at home and abroad and referring to the experience of risk management of several substation construction projects,this paper combined with the actual situation of the overall transformation project of 35 kV Zhangjia substation,targeted to provide guiding suggestions for the risk management of substation construction projects.Taking the overall reconstruction project of 35 kV Zhangjia Substation as the research object,this paper introduces Delphi method to identify and analyze the main risk items in the overall reconstruction project of 35 kV Zhangjia Substation and the sub-risk items related to each risk from five aspects: finance,technology,environment,management and society.Then,according to the risk identification results,Combine the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with matter-element extension theory,a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the evaluation results are obtained through calculation.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment and the actual situation of the project,various risk factors of the overall transformation project of 35 kV Zhangjia Substation are divided into three risk levels: high,medium and low,and reasonable prevention and response measures are proposed according to the risk indicators involved at each level.In this paper,the mature risk management research method is used to study the risk management of 35 kV Zhangjia substation overall transformation project.The aim is to use risk management method to solve the practical problems in project construction,to provide theoretical basis and method guidance for project construction,promote the level of project risk management,and help the successful completion of the project,it also provides reference for similar construction projects in the future. |
