Electrical project has become an important fundamental engineering of modern industry, for the Chinese industrialization and modernization processelectrical engineering is playing an increasingly important role. For electrical engineering itself, the quality of management is the lifeline.Modern electrical engineering projects, especially high-voltage electrical construction projects, with new technology, professional and more stringent standards, construction difficulties and other features. Project management process in the option selected, design management, organizational planning, equipment bidding, construction implementation, completion have a lot of strict quality requirements of electrical items. These quality requirements on the one hand is to comply with the relevant national and industry quality standards, the other is to try to meet the reasonable requirements of the individual unit owners in the quality standards of the range. Phase I part of the electrical expansion project of Company X suffered some problems in the quality of planning and management in the use of electrical technology and deliverables quality which does not meet the relevant standards and requirements of the owner.In this thesis, the electrical expansion project of Company X as the background works to modern quality management theory as the basis, make a detailed analysis of this electrical engineering Phase I project quality planning and quality control issues, and in the Phase II project for the corresponding improvement and optimization, to achieve a good optimization project quality management purposes.
