| Electrical engineering of housing construction projects has been neglected for a long time in China.Projectors often only pay attention to the quality control of civil engineering,but they do not know enough about the impact of electrical engineering quality,it leads tothe emphasis on the main body and the neglect of the function in the construction.With the improvement of people's requirement for building function,smart home,interconnection,green safety,comfort and so on are increasingly dependent on electrical engineering.Improving the quality management level of housing electrical engineering is imperative.Because of the strong specialty of electrical engineering,includes many concealed engineering contents,such as line laying,software programming,electrical control strategy,etc.There are many quality points scattered,which brings some difficulties to project quality control.The main purpose and significance of this article is how to achieve the goal of optimizing the quality of electrical engineering and maximizing the benefit of engineering under the condition of synchronization with the progress of the main project and controllable investment cost.This article mainly disscusses typical quality problems improvement of electrical projects in Xihe town.With the rapid of combining project quality management,project quality control,using technical system analysis?statistics and causal method to analyze the project.Making quality improvement plan and specific improvement measures to solve the problem,using PDCA cyclic control theory and matrix diagram with two examples.Combining theory with practice,the effectiveness of the proposed quality improvement measures is verified one by one,and the effective measures for quality improvement are analyzed and concluded.Through the research of this subject,the method of quality improvement control measures is improved and enriched,and preventive measures are provided to avoid similar quality problems in other projects. |
