| "9.27" subway train rear-end accident occurred in Shanghai has exposed the serious problems and deficiencies of subway trains collision avoidance technology. Existing subway train control system can inevitably have some unpredictable device problems during working, so the additional auxiliary collision warning system as a supplement is needed. This paper designed a collision warning system for subway train which provide an effective solution for the prevention of subway train rear-end collision accident.Firstly, this paper analyzed the functional requirements and key technology of the system, and designed the architecture of the system. Secondly. Position method, wireless communication technology, warning logic and other key technologies were studied based on the comparison and analysis of the existing system. SINS algorithm and IMU calibration are studied in detail, and calibration test was done. Then, the hardware and software of the system was designed in detail.Hardware part completes type selection of each function module of the system hardware and builds the hardware platform of the system. Software part completes the design of hardware drivers, main process of software and the module subroutine.Based on the research and designing work above, the system communication and SINS location performance and prototype of collision avoidance precautionary are tested in the paper. By testing, the system can display train running state real time, which proves the equipment is of great practical value. |
