Research And Integrated Project Planning And Implementation Of The Rural Power Grid PMS And ERP Systems

As the basic industry of national economy, electric power industry shoulder the significant historical mission of constructing socialism new countryside. The PMS system of the longitudinal and horizon integration realizes the sharing of resource production basis of operation and information.To overcome the data barriers between the same province’s rural power grids and the main business extended to the rural power substation, it needs the overall data of rural low-voltage power grid equipment import into the ERP system, combining with the PS module in the system of rural power grid construction, improve the information management and realize the whole process of the project. Further to the ERP system into the whole rural low-voltage power grid equipment data system, through the organic combination of the two systems integration, the construction of rural power grid is renovated, solved the disadvantages of scattered information resources different standards of previous information management modes fundamentally.In this paper, based on the background of PMS electric power production management system and ERP resources management system, development course, the basic theory, analyses problems and shortcomings in the practical application of the system, and the demand for the example of Jiangsu province rural power grids, and explains the necessity of system integration. This paper focuses on rural power grid in Jiangsu province to the overall planning and implementation in detail. Finally, made a summary, the PMS and ERP integration of rural power grid in Jiangsu province after being implemented significant results have been achieved, but due to the new reform time consuming at a cost of effort, not all companies can manage and implement, so aiming at the shortcomings of the two systems integration, puts forward some advice on the future development trend and improvement.
