| As an important facility in rural construction,the transformation and upgrading of the rural power grid can not only narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and benefit hundreds of millions of farmers,but also play a role in promoting agricultural modernization and economic growth.According to the plan of State Grid Corporation of China,since the implementation of a new round of rural power grid transformation and upgrading during the"13th Five-Year Plan" in 2016,State Grid has invested nearly 1 trillion yuan in rural power grid transformation,and a large number of substations,new energy projects,etc.Being put into construction,it has laid a solid foundation for my country to win the three-year poverty alleviation battle.As a project that benefits people’s lives and production,rural power grid reconstruction generally has the characteristics of tight construction schedule,many operation points,and complicated civil coordination.Therefore,it is determined that the progress of rural power grid reconstruction project will also be affected by many factors.In this context,how to complete the rural power grid reconstruction project within the specified time in a cost-effective,compliant,and quality-assured manner has become a very important issue.Therefore,based on the basic theory of project schedule management,this paper analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors affecting the progress of the rural power grid reconstruction project according to the current situation of the B rural power grid reconstruction project,and conducts the research on the schedule management through the critical chain method.First,decompose the tasks of the rural power grid reconstruction project,draw an original schedule,analyze and indicate the immediate tasks,determine the specific start and end time of each process,and draw a Gantt chart according to the schedule;then use the probability and statistics method to estimate the construction period to determine the key Paths,compare critical paths and parallel non-critical paths,balance resource conflicts in various links in the project,redraw double-code network diagrams and Gantt charts,and identify critical chains.There is often a very important link in the progress management research based on the critical chain method,which is the setting of the buffer zone.This paper chooses the comprehensive evaluation method and uses the calculated task complexity α,delay risk coefficient β and task impact factor k to determine the buffer zone.The input buffer and the project buffer are then inserted into the input buffer position and the end of the project respectively to determine the final critical chain and construction time.At the same time,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from the two aspects of organization and management mechanism,so as to realize the effective control of the progress of B rural power grid reconstruction project.The final project completion time was 12 days earlier than the planned time,which ensured the reliable supply of electric power for the construction and sales of W City.The research case provides reference for other related power engineering construction in the future. |
