Production safety is a top priority of the power enterprises. Security, stability and economic operation of power grid related to the people’s livelihood, but also related to the survival and development of the electricity enterprise. Rural power grids is not only a response to the call of CPC Central Committee and the State Council, but also carry out the mission and commitment about "social responsibility initiative, make every effort to electricity supply."of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. Under the situation of the increase in electricity sale performances and high electricity load record, the continued stability of the production safety situation is much more valuable. Production safety is the lifeline of the power enterprises, proper risk control is an important guarantee for safe production. Only strictly follow company safety risk management system, accord to risk control as the main line and SECP as principle, and learn from excellent international security production systems, sum up experience, the security objectives of personal, grid and equipment can be really achieved in the use of risk management module ahout "risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk recalling".This dissertation focused on the applied research about the implementation of the production safety and risk management system in the BD rural power grid renovation project based on the accident causation theory, WBS, PDCA and the means of risk management. It also showed up the significance of production safety and risk management system in power grid renovation project. In this paper, it also through the use of the problems exposed in the process of continuous improvement, and ultimately ensure that power grids have made great progress in the security control. The study of dynamics of the whole process of production safety and risk management system in BD rural power grids renovation project through the integrated approach of comparative study, observation, investigation, analytic induction, and with case. This paper can support sustainable reference for the future security of the rural power grid renovation project management.
