With the new revolution in military affairs and the rapid transform of high-tech, crew-served weapon have become the critical part of automatic weapons in the future development. The feature of high-efficiency, long-range, high-precision, easy to carry is extremely in line with the tactical requirement of "strike long-distance, strike accurately, strike completely". Meanwhile, the advent of two-way feed technology have greatly improved the scope and efficiency of crew-served weapon on the battlefield.This thesis introduces the development condition of newly crew-served weapon in and abroad, conforms the whole design of such a multi-function shooting device including two-way feed, completes the structural design of feed mechanism, locking mechanism, extraction and ejection mechanism, firing mechanism and buffer mechanism, as well as realizes three dimensional modeling&assembling. Moreover, this thesis transfers the three dimensional model into the simulation software using virtual prototype technology, defines moving restrictions and loads, and accomplishes the dynamic simulation of automatic fire process, finally obtains the motion parameters of automatic mechanism and feed mechanism, besides processes the physical prototype and conducts live-fire test, verifies the feasibility of the scheme design and reliability. At the same time, this thesis analyzes the impact on device function by mass of gun frame, the parameter of gas transferring devices, and the stiffness and preload of return spring. The general law of impaction can provide basis for optimization.
