The control technology of the movement of bolt is part of research project of advanced crew served weapon. The stability of the movement of bolt is enhanced and the accuracy of firing of 25mm advanced crew served weapon is ensured by adjusting the velocity of bolt.For controlling the velocity of bolt, the overall scheme of the movement control of bolt is designed, including an adjustable magnetic liquid buffer for adjusting the movement resistance, a velocity sensor on the barrel and control circuit . The related mechanism is analyzed.As the study shows, the signal of recoil velocity is selected by the velocity sensor, then the electric current of magnetic liquid buffer is confirmed through the contrast and calculation of the control system, and the movement resistance is adjusted by changing the viscosity of magnetic liquid medium, so the velocity fluctuation of bolt is reduced effectively.
