| The automatic rifle completes a series of actions such as projectile,atresia and firing by utilizing gunpowder gas and spring force.Its automatic circulating action is almost entirely achieved by collision.However,in the course of collision,a certain amount of energy loss is often accompanied.Only when the automata has enough energy can it ensure that mechanism can complete the automatic circulating action in time,accurately and coordinately.This paper took an automatic rifle as the research object and combined theory with simulation to study the generation,transmission and loss of energy of automaton.At the same time,using ADAMS built the parametric model of automatic rifle and analyzed the action reliability of the mechanism.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper analyzes the movement of automatic rifle and establishes its virtual prototype model.First,by analyzing the interior ballistics of automatic rifle,the variation law of gas pressure and warhead velocity is obtained.Then,by analyzing the dynamics of automatic rifle,the differential equations of motion for recoil and counter-recoil process of automatic rifle are established.Finally,by analyzing the composition of automatic rifle and the principle of action of automata,the virtual prototype model of automatic rifle is established.(2)The paper analyzes the energy of automata in motion process.The sources and main influencing factors of the energy of the automaton are analyzed.At the same time,the energy of recoil and counter-recoil process of the automaton is allocated.Through dynamic simulation and sensitivity analysis,the main influencing factors of projectile energy are obtained.(3)The paper analyzes the reliability of automatic rifle feed mechanism.Study the reliability of automatic rifles with certain rifle parameters,random bullet parameters and random rifle parameters and bullet parameters respectively.Establish an energy based assessment standard of action reliability.The action reliability of automatic rifle feed mechanism is analyzed by ADAMS/Insight module.Finally,using the secondary development tool of ADAMS,the simulation module of action reliability of automatic rifle feed mechanism based on energy is developed,which provides theory,method and tool for the analysis and design of action reliability of automatic rifle feed mechanism. |
