Production scheduling is the work of organizations to carry out production schedule plan. Production scheduling is based on production schedule, production scheduling is to realize production schedule plan. For production scheduling, it optimize the time to various resources to compete against each other.In the center of the electric power enterprise of provincial level measurement, the main production task is verification work, production scheduling is mainly based on various production related production plan (demand plan, purchasing plan, distribution plan, verification plan, the arrival of the goods), and sudden production plan (temporary plan) for production scheduling.Regarding the construction of provincial measurement center platform of production scheduling system which is now being developed, have been designed the manual editing features to support the management of various production plan (demand plan, purchasing plan, distribution plan, verification plan, the arrival of the goods), but the way of planning has some shortcomings. It mainly can be summarized as follows:lack of using the mathematical model and algorithm, so that it is difficult to guarantee the correctness of the plan or science; Lack of in-depth analysis and the use of historical data, it greatly depends on the planning of the experience of the staff. The existence of the mutual constraints between the various plans, there is constraint among the plans which makes the production scheduling is very complex, it causes the artificial plan is difficult. In the whole plan of making business, there is the theory of constraints exist constraints among the various plans, then the plans is difficult to be made.In this thesis, we established a plan prediction model and a Detect plan prediction algorithm. Through the analysis of electric power measuring center planning business, using the theory of constraints and with service as the core, to set up a plan prediction model and to implement the various planning scientifically and accurately. And in the center of the power measurement, the verification is the core of the production scheduling system, so how to arrange verification plan, and how to realize the maximization of the efficiency of verification equipment, all these questions of the electric power enterprise is needed be solving urgently. Based on these points, this article through studies the genetic algorithm, we put forward a verification plan of prediction algorithm after improving for the genetic algorithm. The algorithm for the verification plan of the provincial electric power metering center is to provide practical and reasonable solutions. At the same time, this article designed plan prediction model will help to establish efficient scientific plans and provide direction, and provide a scientific auxiliary decision support for the production scheduling of electricity metering center.
