Harbin Electric Company(HEC) is one of China's leading manufacturers in power generation equipment,Enterprises and products are large and middle size AC/DC moter, large and middle size power generating equipment and related control equipment. It is typical of order-type enterprise with large, single piece, small batch. the traditional production planning and control technology by artificial scheduled, mainly. As the increase of customer orders, Short delivery time, Production task heavy, Production plans are not detailed enough and execution not strict becoming a outstanding problem of HEC production planning manage. Based on ensuring the product delivery, integrated management and optimized allocate enterprise resources, potential tapping of the production potential, shorten the production period, reduce production cost, pursue profit maximization are the ultimate goal of HEC production management. Based on the studys of the production characteristics and actual needs of HEC, This thesis select MRPâ…¡as the new technology of HEC production planning management and launches research as follows:First, According to the features of the product structure and production of HEC, the HEC MRPâ…¡production planning management system was developed to meet the production management requirements of HEC. Analysed the business flow of HEC MRPâ…¡production planning management system. Researched on the algorithm for MRP of the core of MRPâ…¡system, and the conclusion has been verified through an example.Secondly, Analyzing the needs of HEC, a bilevel multiobjective scheduling model is put forward, in this paper, according to the features of the product structure and production and borrowed the hierarchical thinking of hierarchical and sustainable evolutionary algorithm. Through multi-group production scheduling for Single machine on bottom level, the algorithm keeps a good diversity and have a good searching ability on multi-object production scheduling problem.One more, Based on the study of existing production cost accounting methods, new workshop production cost accounting method based on ABC is proposed, according to HEC the manufacturing organization of the company and cost accounting characteristic. The model calculate the cost of project with the cost happening process, break the limitation of cost accounting period, realize the dynamic calculate of production cost. And then The correctness of the method is confirmed through a practical project.Last, Based on above technologies and method, combining with the actual production planning manage business process of HEC, the system function is achieved. The running example is presented, demonstrating that the proposed technology, theory and methods are valid and effective.
