In all kinds of lifting workplaces in the field of engineering, all terrain craneplays a very important role. Many domestic enterprises are through the directbuyer of abroad ready-made products and copy foreign products in order toachieve the purpose of production by using of surveying and mapping, thismethod can meet a certain construction requirements, because of in failure tomaster the key technology and its advanced manufacturing process, thus cause stillextremely low quality products. Due to crane belongs to special equipment, higher requirements on its security environment, therefore our domestic is inmuch-need in the research and development the key technology for all terraincrane, so that it could provide technical support for production or improveproduct performance. Experts and scholars at home and abroad, despite havecarried on the research and discussion for all terrain crane, but the researche on themulti-axle transmission system is less and much less of further researche. Therefore, the paper carried out the study of transmission scheme for all terraincrane with six bridges is of engineering significance. This paper is based on six bridges all terrain crane as research object. UseSolidWorks to establish its3D model of the transmission system; and guide theentity model into ADAMS to generate the multi-body dynamics model; afteradding constraints, through preliminary test testify the rationality of the model. Asfor the two transmission schemes, the all terrain crane was carried through thesimulation analysis under different road surface and different envriment settings, such as the dynamic performance on good horizontal road, through performancebetween cross-country snowy road and the climbing performance of the inclinedslope road. By means of comparing dynamic performance of different drive axlelayout scheme, learn that which transmission scheme is more superior, eliminatethe unreasonable scheme, and give the design proposal.
