The disturbance from engine and road is two causes of vehicle vibration, the enginemount system plays an important role in isolating vibration. firstly, it must isolate thetransfer of vibration from engine to body, secondly, it must isolate the body vibrationcaused by road from engine-mount system. The performance of engine mount system hasmuch effect on NVH performance of car, so the mount system design is always a hottopic in vehicle design. At present, there are two main methods to design mount system, one is the traditional method--modal decouple, which control the system response bychanging the stiffness matrix to change system modes; the other one controls the forcetransfer between the engine and body by optimizing the parameters of mounts withdynamic response as objective directly.According to certain domestic commercial vehicles, the second method is applied inthis article as the research object, use MATLAB and dynamic analysis software ADAMSto study and optimize the performance of vibration solation of mounting system.First, through a lot of relative references, study the research status of mounting andsummarize the design theory and method. At the same time, collect related basic technicalinformation. Then establish mathematic model of mount system with MATLAB, areliminary analysis on the isolation ability of mount system. The next work is that built asix degree of freedom model of the mount system with ADAMS,through the time domainand frequency domain simulation analysis the performance of vibration isolation afterensuring the correctness of model. Finally, in order to obtain the best isolation performance of mount system, in theoptimization design of the mount system, the mounting parameters are used asvariables, the mounting in response to force the minimum support as the objectivefunction, with the comparison between optimizing results before and after, the optimized mount system’s isolation ability has been markedly improved and achieve satisfactoryresults.
