Today in the rapid development of science and technology, the cost of living in raising people ride car ride comfort, driving higher requirements of automotive engine vibration isolation and damping performance requirements higher. The performance of the engine mount system directly affect vehicle NVH indicators. So people began to study the engine mounting system, car self-developed innovation can reduce engine vibration. The content of this research project is optimized engine mounting system, by optimizing trial vibration between the engine and the body to achieve the minimum, with ADAMS software simulation. Isolation of the research engine mounting system, first engine power train stress analysis, mechanics and mathematical models of the engine mounting system based on force to establish, Calculate the natural frequency formula. Calculate the natural frequencies and mode shapes of this thesis is the application of C#Programming, research is the natural frequency of multi-objective optimization, this paper by two methods to optimize, a reasonable configuration of the natural frequency to the natural frequency optimization, another is to optimize the natural frequency of energy decoupling method. The ADAMS software optimized natural frequency simulation, comparative simulation results. The results show that after the optimization of the two methods, frequency in the theoretical requirements within the scope of, reasonable configuration optimization of the natural frequency of the energy distribution is not very satisfactory, minimum of about50%there are still a great coupling, decoupling method based on energy optimization, the simulation results show that the optimized energy distribution of almost90%, the described optimized data have a greater effect on the engine vibration isolation, further verify the feasibility of optimizing design method.
