| In our country, gaps exist between regulations and applications of silo,especially the design of cone silo, no design standard for reference. For thisproblem, this paper provides a simple and quick design method-design softwareof cone silo, based on the design of steel cone silo and Microsoft Visual C++6.0,according to design process of existing silos. This software covers design andcalculation of silo wall thickness; verification of intensity and stability; sectionsize design of discharging scraper; calculation and verification of central conethickness and stability; calculation and verification of discharging hopperthickness. etc.Mechanical model and parametric equations are established in this paper,design and computation models are developed under scraper intensity conditionduring discharging process. After design analysis of specific scraper parameters,relevant positions of the point under maximum stress and the point at maximumdisplacement on the scraper are found out through finite element simulationanalysis. Effects of centrifugal on scraper is analysed under condition oflow-speed loading.Geometric models of silo and cone are established, which can be used forABAQUS emulation analysis. Stress diagrams of silo and central cone as well asthe point which is under maximum stress can be obtained.On the basis of previous studies about silo discharging system, this paperdesigned discharging control system of cone silo by using Labview, against theweaknesses of imprecise discharging localization and low accuracy during truckloading process. This system improves environment of workers, through whichprecise discharging, remote control and high efficiency can be realized. |
