Brushless DC motor is a new type motor with the rapid development of modern electronic technology and modern control theory, which solves the problems caused by the change of phases in the traditional DC motor and retains many advantages, such as simple structure, excellent performance and easy maintenance. Therefore, it is applied widely.In order to achieve the better control and all-digital of the brushless DC motor, the paper describes the basic structure of the brushless DC motor, working principle and mathematical model. To meet the characteristics of the motor and control requirements, the paper determines the control strategy and sets up the simulation model of Brushless DC motor and controller, then demonstrates the feasibility of control strategy. On these bases, the paper puts forward the servo control system based on TMS320F2812.Under the scheme of servo control system, hardware design and software design are finished. Hardware design includes:the overall scheme of hardware, the main circuit, control circuit, driver circuit, protection circuit and the detection circuit. Software design being conducted, the main program and the corresponding interrupt service program are finished based on modular thinking. So that, the programs are modified, debug, and transplant easily. And the programs are wrote and debugged in the integrated development environment CCS3.3of DSP.The thesis finish the experiment of servo drive system of brushless dc motor with a motor-57BL-1015H1as the control object, the experimental results are given. At the same time, this thesis is summarized, and the prospect for the future work.
