With the development of science and technology and the increasing popularity ofhousehold appliances, motors play an increasingly important role in our daily life. Sopeople pay attention to the control of the motor closely. Due to a wide range ofapplications of the three-phase induction motors, most of the studies are based on thethree-phase induction motors. But with the advantages of simple structure, lowmanufacturing costs and so on, the single-phase induction motors are widely used inhousehold appliances, such as fan, refrigerator, etc. Currently there is little researchabout the control of single-phase induction motors. Therefore, the design introduces thetechnology of the realization of the space vector control about single-phase inductionmotors.This paper designed the hardware of single-phase induction motor vector controlsystem based on arm9and DSP2812; using C language to write the program of fuzzyPID control and the space vector pulse width modulation, realized in hardware andsoftware debugging.In the process of hardware design, the system controller were produced by s3c2440chip and high-precision production TMS320F2812kernel. They not only meet therequirements of the performance of the single-phase induction motor control system,but also is advantageous to the hardware circuit design of the system. The software partof the article embarks from the practical significance, design using with a standardmodular, to enhance the readability and portability of software, mainly including thedesign of the fuzzy PID program, software design of ARM system, software design ofDSP system, and the process of main program and so on. Finally debugged andsummarized this system, mainly including motor speed regulation, the actual systemoperation, etc., and has made the analysis of interference and volatility.
