With the wide use of electrical equipment, the use of measuring equipment is becoming more and more widely. Some arc has great harmfulness, and some can produces certain economic benefits, and the characteristics of different environment produced by the arc is not the same. So, this would require the study of measuring the parameters of the arc system, namely the arc parameters measurement system.In this paper, starting from the historical development of measurement system, comprehensive comparison of the different development period of the measurement system, finally combined with the characteristics of computer measurement system, to develop a set of the arc parameters for TMS320X2812DSP core computer measurement system. An integral part of the whole system is analyzed first, and then it gradually introduces each part. Hardware part starts from the sensor selection and the choice of DSP chip. It introduces there types, parts as well as the specific function of this system, then it expounds the design and production of the connection of all the key parts of the whole system hardware circuit. Software part embarks from the system software development process, with level gradually transition to all parts of the specific software to write.In this paper, the main research results are:determined a series of methods for the development of microcomputer measuring system, completed the selection of components, the sensor and DSP, and the minimum system hardware circuit, ADC circuit and SPI display circuit design; Completed the whole hardware circuit of hardware production; Completed the writing and debugging of the whole software; tested the whole measurement system, the analysis of the measurement results of temperature and pressure measurement, and the measured results meet the design requirements.
