Yunnan Farmers Produce Behavior Adaptation To Climate Change Research

Climate change is already an indisputable fact in the world, which brought agreat impact to the socitey, economy and ecological environment of the word.Nowadays the human beings face more severe challenges, and the agriculture isbound to get the largest impact. Because of the peculiarities of climate and agricultureof Yunnan Province, basing on the adaptability to climate change of YunnanAgriculture and Analysis of Yunnan Agricultural, uses adaptability to the farmers asthe starting point, this aritcle study the Yunnan farmers to produce behavior in thecontext of climate change; After analyzed the Yunnan Province these annualtemperature and precipitation and the impact on agricultural production in YunnanProvince, this paper describes the basis of the Yunnan Province’s farmers adapt toclimate change in the status quo，and subregional brief reviews of these acts.The article can be divided into7parts. The first part describes the backgroundand significance of this paper, blindly adapt to the impact of climate change onagricultural production and farmers put forward their own ideas and research methods.The second part is the adaptive concept defined, from a review of several aspects ofthe research at home and abroad, so we know the behavior of the production offarmers to adapt to climate change by the constraints of the local climate andgeographical conditions, must be adapted to the local conditions. The third part is theannual temperature and precipitation changes in Yunnan Province, as well as theimpact of these changes to agricultural production in Yunnan Province. The Fourthpart analyzes six changes in the behavior of the production of farmers in the contextof climate change, a certain degree of these changes on the reaction of YunnanProvince, farmers take the perception of climate change and response measures. Thefifth part is the production behavior of Yunnan Province’s farmers carry out acomprehensive evaluation of the adaptability to climate change. First analyze theproduction behavior of farmers in various regions of Yunnan Province to adapt to climate change, following by some measures to adapt to climate change and not suitto the climate change measures. Constraints reasons Yunnan farmers to take theproduction behavior to adapt to climate change. Combined with case analysis of PartVI of the extreme weather conditions (drought) farmers and farmers to take adaptationmeasures, mainly for the Yunnan Province of drought brought great losses to farmersin the past few years, farmers to produce in an extreme climate also able to adapt tothe conditions. Part VII asks the following policy recommendations, and hope that theGovernment can guide farmers to take to play an active role in the adaptiveproduction behavior farmers to strengthen their own knowledge to improveunderstanding of climate change and adaptation measures through various channels,to make their own good production practices can adapt to climate change, to maintaina stable output of agriculture.
