Observation And Experimental Study Of IBS-C Clinical Jiaweidanshenyin

[Objective]This issue through Jiaweidanshenyin clinical observation and animal experiments,explore Jiaweidanshenyin treatment of IBS-C clinical efficacy and mechanism of action to provide relevant pharmacodynamic basis for further clinical application of the drug.[Methods]Select the30patients with IBS-C were treated with Jiawei Danshen decoction treatment, the self-control before and after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy of same period, and animal experiments were carried out:the mouse gastrointestinal propulsion experiment, to observe the effects of Jiawei Danshen Decoction on gastrointestinal propulsion; acute blood stasis rat experiment, observation ofJiawei Danshen Decoction on hemorheology; use method the experimental method of hot plate in mice to observe the torsion, Jiawei Danshen Decoction on chemical and thermal stimuli cause pain effect.[Result]Clinical study of Jiawei Danshen Decoction can effectively alleviate the IBS-C abdominal distension, abdominal pain, softening the stool, promoting defecation; Jiawei Danshen Decoction middle dosage group can improve significantly the rate of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsive ratio of mice (P<0.05), high dose group could resist blood stasis rat whole blood viscosity of1,2,3increase, effect on the high relative index significantly, with blood stasis obviously; Jiawei Danshen Decoctionhas reduced the number of writhing and prolong the latency of the trend, and can increase the pain threshold of mice caused by heat, have a certain analgesic effect.[Conclusions]JDD has a better therapeutic effect on the clinical symptoms of IBS-C patients, and experimental studies have shown that the therapeutic effect is achieved by promoting gastrointestinal motility, promoting blood circulation and analgesic, worthy of further promotion.
