Professor Zhou Wenbo "warming Yang," The Treatment Of Advanced Lung Cancer Thirty Cases Of Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Professor Zhou Wenbo used Warming Yang uprighting improve clinical symptoms of patients with lung cancer.Background:Professor Zhou Wenbo has engaged in the clinical medical work for more than thirty years, good warming Yang therapy for lung cancer, and the creation of the traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia, a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of lung cancer synthesis method. This paper observed clinical professor of Zhou Wenbo Warming Yang method in treatment of lung cancer, therapeutic effect of warming yang to play in patients with lung cancer.Materials and methods:from March to2013:back in2012March in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of tumor patients, pathological or cytological examination were diagnosed as primary lung cancer; or has not made a pathological basis, but imaging and tumor associated antigen and other laboratory findings, the diagnosis of primary lung cancer patients, a total of in30cases. Patients based on Western medicine to treat, Professor Zhou Warming Yang method for application of oral medicine and moxibustion treatment according to the patient’s clinical symptoms, comparative study of patients with advanced lung cancer related to the clinical symptoms and KPS score before and after the treatment, symptoms include cough, expectoration, aversion to cold, fatigue, loss of appetite, insomnia, shortness of breath, chest pain, bloody sputum, constipation, diarrhea, measurement data using t test, all the data were analyzed statistically using SPSS17.0software processing.Result: 1. cough, expectoration,avers ion to co1d, fatigue,loss of appetite, insomnia,shortness of breath after treatment was better than before treatment, the effective rates were71.4%,60%,79.3%,75%,65.3%,60%,63.6%, P<0.05.2. The KPS score improved in19cases,7cases were stable, lower in4cases. Improve the stability rate of86.7%, P=0.013(p<0.05).Conclusion:1. Professor Zhou Warming Yang of primary lung cancer patients with cough, expectoration, aversion to cold, fatigue, loss of appetite, insomnia, upset than obvious shortness of breath after treatment before treatment.2. Professor Zhou Warming Yang on patients with KPS score improvement has certain curative effect, high and stable rate of86.7%.
