| Purpose：the application method of nourishing Yin and falling fire andtonifying Qi to controlling blood combining with application on doubleshenshu acupoints treat the idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patientswith inefficient Hormone therapy,observed the TCM syndrome curativeeffect,disease curative effect,and the improvement of hormone sideeffects.Material and method：choose60patients since January,2009,from theonset of Haematology department with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpuraand inefficient Hormone therapy,set syndrome differentiation includingfire excess from yin deficiency and Qi dysfunction in blood control,whichbased on the Chinese traditional medicine new drug clinical researchguiding principles and clinical experience of professor Baowen Liu.Thenused4courses of treatment of the application method of nourishing Yinand falling fire and tonifying Qi to controlling blood combining with2courses of treatment of application on double shenshu acupoints toobserved the TCM syndrome curative effect,disease curative effect,and theimprovement of hormone side effects.Results:after treatment,TCM syndrome integral showed significantdifference,especially cold limbs、 bleeding、 skin bleeding anddizziness.The increase of platelet count also showed statisticaldifferences which meaning marked disease curative effect.The hormone sideeffects showed a certain degree of improvement,especiallygastrointestinal discomfort、infection、insomnia,、hypokalemia and weightgain.Conclusion：the application method of nourishing Yin and falling fireand tonifying Qi to controlling blood combining with application on doubleshenshu acupoints treat the idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients with inefficient Hormone therapy,and all got significant treatment effectand a certain degree of improvement of hormone side effects,which is worththe clinical promotion and with a further research value. |
