Clinical Deficiency Blood Stasis Syndrome Refractory ITP Secondary To Riser Recipe

Objectives:This study was designed under the guidance of TCM theory, the use of yi qi heat method of nourishing Yin,founded er zhi sheng ban fang and to observe the clinical curative effect of patients with RITP.Through the research to understand the role of yi qi and nourishing Yin prescription in the treatment for RITP, for the further RITP combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and clinical application advanced research foundation, provides the basis for treatment of traditional Chinese medicine theory.Methods:The Clinical research part,since April2012to March2014,choose60cases of refractory ITP from traditional Chinese medicine clinic and inpatient in traditional Chinese medicine hospital, and the60cases were accords with the disease diagnosis standard.The60cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of30cases each.Two groups all use western medicine therapy, application of CsA.On this basis, the treatment group and medicine compound decoction "er zhi sheng ban fang ". Three months for one period of treatment,observe two period of treatment.Then we assessed the clinical curative effect. Examining the blood, urine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram (ecg) and other indexes and observe the patient’s blood pressure, heart rate, breathing, pulse,as the safety measure. Analyzing and comparing each patient the level of clinical bleeds, immune index IL-6, TNF-α changes before and after treatment.Results:the prescription in platelet count, the improvement of clinical symptoms in ascension has good curative effect, and drug safety, small side effects.
