Intervention Order Different Effects On Patients With Cerebral Infarction TNF-α, IL-1β Expression Of Acupuncture And Rehabilitation

Objetive:To observe effects of different interference orders of acupuncture and rehabilitation intervention on the level of TNF-α、IL-1β and therapeutic effect of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:Choice in Patienis with stroke recovery60cases,the Patients were Randomly divided into two group:Rehabilitation Rherapy after acupuneture and acupuneture after Rehabilitation Rherapy. Two different treatment Programs were assessed before and after treatment of Patients on NTHSS、BI and the level of TNF-α、IL-1β.Results:(1) Both acupuncture and rehabilitation training indifferent intervention order and promote can recover limb motor function of patients with stroke.(2)Treatment of14days.two different methods of treatment can improve the neurological function and activities of daily living. After the first acupuncture rehabilitation group to reduce the neurological deficit score in patients with NIHSS scores were better than the first, after rehabilitation acupuncture group, scoringin the Barthel index, modified Rankin scale (mRS) score analysis, no significant difference between the two groups were compared. The scores were improved incontrast group.(3) Treatment of14days, two different therapeutic schemes for patients, the scores were compared between the groups were not significantly different, that there was no significant difference between the acupuncture and rehabilitation intervention order of cerebral infarction in patients with hemiplegiaphase of the overall clinical efficacy(P>0.05).(4) Treatment of14days,both of two groups’TNF-α and IL-1β were decreased, no significant difference between them(P>0.05), indicated that the content of acupuncture and rehabilitation training in the different order of interference can reduce the cerebral infarction patients in recovery stage of TNF-α and IL-1β, but the two methods have no obvious differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) Both two types of therapy of acupuncture and rehabilitation training indifferent intervention order can promote the recovery of neural function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.(2) Treatment of14days, the rehabilitation after acupuncture group is better than the acupuncture after rehabilitation group, Treatment of28days, there was no significant statistic difference between them.(3) Treatment of14days, two different treatment schemes can reduce the level of TNF-α, IL-1β in serum.
