Clinical Efficacy Yiqihuoxue Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris (ASDP) Is

Objective:Observe and evaluate clinical effect of ziniyiqihuoxue prescription on heart blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease and unstable angina, which effect on HCMC、Fg、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C.Method:62selected inpatients with unstable angina patients from the Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,31each group.Both groups on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Treatment group with on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment group were yiqihuoxue prescription,be decocted in water for oral dose,Notoginseng powder with medicinal broth blunt,Each200ml,A dose of medicine every day,Two strike.Control group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with tongxinluo capsule,Period of treatment14days.Observed two groups of the change of related indexes before and after treatment and curative effect,The application of statistical software analysis,P<0.05for statistical significanceResults:1. The total effective rate of TCM Syndromes between two groups: experimental group was90.32%, control group was80.06%, two groups compared was P=0.006<0.05for clinical significance.2. The total effective rate of Angina pectoris between two groups:experimental group was87.09%, control group was80.09%, two groups compared was P=0.012<0.05for clinical significance.3. The total effective rate of Electrocardiogram between two groups:experimental group was45%, control group was35%, two groups compared was P=0.959>0.05for no significant difference.4.The indexes on the two groups before and after treatment:all indexes were improved for significant difference (P<0.05) before and after treatment. There were significant difference for HCMC,HDL-C in total indexs after treatment (P<0.05).5.Safety:two groups had no serious adverse reactions and side effects during treatment.Conclusion:Effect on Ziniyiqihuoxue prescription in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris was affirmed for Angina pectoris, TCM Syndromes,HCMC, HDL-C, which was worthy for being widely used in treatment of Unstable angina pectoris.
