Objective: To observe the nourishing Qi and Yin tongmai decoction to treat unstable angina pectoris with the deficiency of Qi Yin and blood stasis and discuss the mechanism of action.methods: In this study,A total of 60 patients from the department of cardiology,comprehensive internal medicine and inpatient of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected.The selected patients all met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and there were 30 patients in each group.There was no statistical difference in the general clinical data between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while he treatment group was provided with supplementing qi and Yin tongmai soup on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,daily dose,30 minutes after breakfast and 30 minutes after dinner.4 weeks after treatment,we observed the treatment group and control group in blood pressure,heart rate,ecg,angina pectoris integral,Chinese medicine symptom integral,TCM symptoms curative effect comparison,hemorrheology,blood lipid levels and the change of the respect such as nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate.At the same time,we observed the relevant safety indicators and conducted systematic analysis,then we evaluated the clinical effect.Results: we compared the two groups and found that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in angina and TCM syndrome.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of electrocardiogram,the reduction of nitroglycerin and blood flow(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of liver and kidney function,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and the formula was safe.Conclusion: The study indicated that nourishing Qi and Yin tongmai decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the deficiency of qi Yin,the blood stasis and the unstable angina pectoris,and the related laboratory examination indexes.With safe application,the patient’s clinical experience was good and could be promoted in the future.
