The Tang Dynasty is one of golden ages in China’s history with its enlightened politics, prosper economy and diver culture. It is that in this time Buddhism and Taoism flourish. Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism fight with each other and integrate with each other. The theory of Duplicate Metaphysics is developed under this background and affected by the Buddhist culture.Taoism has a new point in Tang Dynasty, namely Duplicate Metaphysics. Duplicate Metaphysics is another new theory after the metaphysics in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. This "new" means it integrates with the Buddhist theory Therefore, this paper aims to discuss the integration.The paper is divided into five parts. First, introduction. Discussing the the research significance, the other academic papers, this paper’s innovation and methods. Second, the development’s background of Duplicate Metaphysics. It mainly discusses the historical background and ideological background.Third, the integration of Treatises on Taoist Noumenon,paying more attention to the theories of Cheng Xuanying and Li Rong. Fourth, Wang Xuanlan and Sima Chengzhen’s theory are how to achieve the adoption of Buddhism theory. Fifth, conclusion.New ideas in this paper is firstly, study on the relationship between the Buddhism and Taoism Duplicate Metaphysics is help for making sure the track of the development of Buddhism and Taoism’s relationship. Secondly, discussing the Madhyamika thoughts’ influence on the development of Duplicate Metaphysics. Thirdly, discussing the same between the Buddhist and Daoist’s Inwardness Ideology. Fourth, starting a new vision of the integration and interaction between Buddhism and Daoism in practice theory. Finally,making a summary analysis of integration between Buddhism and Taoism Duplicate Metaphysics and concluding the paper’s modern significance.
